REFUND OR NEW SHIPMENT

Our average delivery times include order processing time of 2 to 4 days, followed by shipping time to your home of 10 to 15 business days.

Some packages may take a little longer to arrive. If you still haven't received your package after 30 business days (60 days in cases of force majeure), we will refund* its full value upon request to contact@cage-chastete.fr. (You may also return the product.)

A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt of your email. ----

DAMAGED OR NON-COMPLIANT ITEM

RETURNS | REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

In accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code: For reasons of hygiene and health protection, the consumer's right of withdrawal (Article L. 221-18) does not apply to items of a sexual nature if they have been removed from their packaging.

The items supplied by https://cage-chastete.fr  are new and guaranteed against any defects.& If an item is defective upon arrival, in accordance with Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has 14 days from receipt of the item(s) to request an exchange or refund. If the item is claimed to be non-compliant, the customer must attach photos and a brief description of the defects in the item(s).

*If the promotional offer “Buy 2 cages, get the 3rd free” was used, the refund will be equivalent to 1/3 of the total price of the 2 cages paid for.

DAMAGED ITEM

The customer must return at their own expense any new or unused items in their entirety and in their original packaging, intact, accompanied by any accessories, instructions, and documentation. We will email you the address of our storage warehouse.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your refund or exchange request.

If, after inspection, the product does not show any manufacturing defects that could affect its use (supported by photo or video evidence), the refund will be refused and the product will be returned to your home or shipping address.

Refund (1st choice)

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a maximum of 7 business days from the date we receive the returned package(s).

Exchange (second choice)

If your request is approved, we will send you a new product at our expense within a maximum of 30 business days from the date of receipt of the returned package(s). If the exchanged item has a higher price than the original item, you will be required to pay the difference. If the exchanged item is less expensive than the original item, we will refund you the difference.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with the provisions of Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the consumer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their reasons or pay any penalties.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify their decision to withdraw before the expiry of the aforementioned period, by any unambiguous means, in particular by email to the following address:

The customer may also use the standard withdrawal form reproduced below.

Products* must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) no later than fourteen (14) days after notification of the decision to withdraw.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of error attributable to the seller.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order, within a maximum of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the returned product or proof of shipment.
