Shipping policy

 Shipping costs:

- FREE in Europe for orders over €100 with home delivery (otherwise €3.99)
- €7.99 for the rest of the world

Delivery:

- Home delivery
- To a pick-up point : At checkout, select the “PICKUP POINT” delivery method, and our carrier will automatically select the Mondial-Relay® pickup point closest to your home. The address will be provided to you later via the tracking link and by email once the package has been shipped.

How does delivery work?

- Order processing time is 2 to 4 business days (design ➡️ packaging ➡️ transfer to the carrier). - Delivery to your home or pick-up point then takes 10 to 15 days*. *Up to 2 months for French overseas departments and territories and countries outside Europe.

We work with different suppliers, so you may receive your items separately on different dates.

Once the package is in transit, we will provide you with a tracking number that will allow you to follow the delivery stages of your order. It may take up to 48 hours for the number to become active.

* The delivery time announced by the carrier (tracking number) does not commit Cage-chasteté.fr to a longer delivery time.
